Owner and Home Inspector David Porter

I am a Denver-based home inspector.

I’ve spent more than 30 years in general contracting and

construction, including running my own general contracting business..

My years of experience in construction provide me with key knowledge necessary to perform thorough inspections. By policy, however, I do not perform repairs on houses I have inspected, in order to avoid perceived conflicts of interest.

I encourage all my clients to accompany me on my inspections and ask any questions they might have. My priority is to make sure clients are comfortable enough to make informed decisions on their home.
